Precious Metal Dealer License

Any establishment dealing with the sale or commercial use of second-hand platinum, gold, and/or silver in Olmsted County must obtain a Precious Metal Dealer License.

You may submit completed forms in person with the required fee, at the Vital Records and Licensing office at the Government Center or mail the forms and required fee to:
