Olmsted County Environmental Resources is responsible for regulating the licensing of solid waste garbage haulers/service providers operating within Olmsted County. We take our role seriously and strive to ensure that the Olmsted County Licensed Haulers comply with applicable laws and regulations and to monitor for unlicensed haulers/service providers providing hauling services that require a Solid Waste Hauling License. However, we understand that issues can arise from time to time, and we welcome your input to help us address any concerns you may have.
