Any Path Home: Learn more at August 20, 2024 county board meeting
Reminder of documentary screening tonight!
In July 2024, information was shared about the new local Any Path Home initiative. Any Path Home is a coalition of 10 community agencies working to assess needs and develop strategies to address homelessness and ensure everyone has a home in our community. Representatives from the Any Path Home coalition will be providing an update on this work at the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners meeting on August 20, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Previously, a joint meeting of the Rochester City Council and the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners was planned for August 21, 2024; however, that event is being postponed to a later date. Instead, Rochester city councilmembers and the public are invited to attend the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners meeting on August 20 to learn more about Any Path Home. Those planning to join the meeting virtually can find the Microsoft Teams link in the agenda posted on our PrimeGov site.
Documentary screening tonight
Residents are also invited to attend tonight’s screening of the documentary Beyond the Bridge: A Solution to Homelessness. The documentary explores solutions to homelessness, based on a nationwide journey to several cities. A panel discussion with Any Path Home team members will follow the screening where residents can learn more about this community initiative.
