Giving Totes: Support the Rochester Community Warming Center this holiday season
In the spirit of compassion and community, Olmsted County residents are encouraged to donate items for people seeking emergency shelter at the Rochester Community Warming Center (RCWC). The RCWC serves people 18 and older who are experiencing homelessness. Residents can drop off donations in a “Giving Tote,” located in the Olmsted County Government Center rotunda. All items will be distributed to people staying at the RCWC.

Hours
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
The Government Center rotunda will also be open during scheduled meetings that take place inside the board chambers.

- Deodorant - men’s and women’s
- Razors and shave cream – men’s and women’s
- Large size (pump) shampoo and conditioner
- Three-in-one (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Large size (pump) body/face lotion
- Hairbrushes and combs
Food Items
- Ramen noodles
- Individual hot chocolate packets
- Individual instant oatmeal packets
- Breakfast bars (soft/chewy). No hard granola bars
- Bear Creek soup mixes
- Canned chicken
