County Road (CR) 142 SW Culvert Replacement and Ditch Work beginning August 29, 2022

Olmsted County Public Works is announcing the following road maintenance project beginning Monday, August 29, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. The work is scheduled to be complete at the end of the same day, weather permitting. 

Culvert replacement and ditch work will take place near Dover on CR 142 SW, just west of West Ave (Winona County line).  County Road 142 SW will be closed to through traffic from 19th Ave SE to West Ave as shown on the attached map.  Residents will have access to their properties within the closure.  No official detour will be posted.

Reminder: Motorists are reminded to always drive with caution, and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.  Please reduce your speed and proceed with caution through these work zones.
