County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 13 Culvert Replacements and Ditch Work

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Olmsted County Public Works is announcing the following road maintenance project beginning August 23, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. and is anticipated to be completed by 4 p.m. on August 27, 2021, weather permitting.

CSAH 13 will be closed to through traffic from 8th Street SW in Pine Island to 275th Ave in Dodge County for culvert replacement and ditch work. The work will take place at two locations on CSAH 13 - approximately 1760 feet and 7280 feet southwest of 8th St SW.  The east culvert will be replaced first followed by the west culvert. The road will be closed at each location while work is in progress.  Residents will have access to their properties within the closure.  CSAH 13 will be open to through traffic each night through the morning during construction. No official detour will be posted.

Reminder: Motorists are reminded to always drive with caution, and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.  Please reduce your speed and proceed with caution through these work zones.
