Income/Household/Interim Changes
Should you be experiencing income or household changes, please visit the housing rack at the entrance of 2117 Campus Dr. SE or visit
for an online fillable form. Please provide all supporting documentation with the change form. This paperwork may be emailed to your caseworker at the email address listed above, mailed to your caseworker at HRA, 2117 Campus Dr. SE, Rochester, MN 55904, or placed in the yellow drop box at the east end of the parking lot located outside the 2117 building. Please write "HOUSING" on all paperwork dropped off at the HRA. If your change results in a change in rent, you will be notified by phone or mail
Annual Re-examinations
For now, annual re-examinations will no longer be conducted in person. If you have an upcoming yearly re-examination, a notice, and paperwork have either already been mailed to you or will be mailed to you. Please complete the annual paperwork and provide all supporting documentation with the packet. This paperwork may be emailed to your caseworker at the email address listed above, mailed to your caseworker at HRA, 2117 Campus Dr. SE, Rochester, MN 55904, or placed in the yellow drop box at the east end of the parking lot located outside the 2117 building. Please write "HOUSING" on all paperwork dropped off at the HRA. Your caseworker will then send you a notification by mail of your new rental amount.
Rent Payments
As the county offices will be closed until further notice, your rental payment may be sent to OCHRA by 1) Mail at HRA, 2117 Campus Dr. SE, Rochester, MN 55904; 2) Placing in the rent drop box at the property office, or 3) Placing in the yellow drive-up drop box located at the east end of the parking lot located outside the 2117 building. If paying by check or money order, please write your full name, address with a unit number, and HRA on the form of payment. If it is necessary to pay by cash, please place the payment inside an enclosed envelope and write your full name, address with a unit number, HRA, and payment amount on the envelope and place it inside the drop box. Please do not mail cash.
HQS Inspections
We may need to postpone annual HQS inspections and will update this information on our page and/or notify you by mail.
