Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo detour information: Roadway work on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 4 (Valleyhigh Road NW) between CSAH 5 and County Road (CR) 158 will be starting on April 25, 2022

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Hoffman Construction is the prime contractor for the $9,800,000 project, which is moving into the final stage of concrete surfacing and bituminous shouldering. Additional aggregate placement and fine grading will be starting the week of April 25, 2022, with concrete surfacing anticipated to begin the week of May 9, 2022, weather dependent.

An official detour will be put in place, starting April 25, 2022, as shown on the map below.  Access to CR 105 and Oxbow Park will be from CSAH 3 / CR 103, and access for local residents will be maintained along CSAH 4 throughout construction.  All work is anticipated to be complete by August 12, 2022.

Motorists should expect delays and seek alternative routes.
