  • Condition of Title (Owners & Encumbrances Report)
    • A record of current owner, legal description, and any open mortgages from current date forward

  • Registered Property Abstract
    • A copy of the Certificate of Title and the plat. Also any delinquent property taxes, special assessments, and name searches
