UCC's/Fixture Filings

UCC documents are all filed directly with the Minnesota Secretary of State.

Fixture Filing Statements are recorded in the same manner as any other documents. The fee is $46 and must have a legal description on the document. Documents can be mailed in or dropped off at the Property Records office located at
