Birthday parties & meeting space
Due to the preparation of our Zoodazzle event, we will not be accepting birthday party requests from November 17, 2024 to December 21, 2024.
Consider the Oxbow Park nature center for your next birthday party or company meeting.

Children's birthday party space rentals
Pricing: $125 plus a $250 damage deposit. Must provide payment at time of reservation. Refund will NOT be given in event of a cancellation.
Time: Birthday parties rentals run from 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. seven days per week. This includes set up and tear down time. Please plan accordingly.
Naturalist Program: Birthday party bookings come with an optional 15-minute live animal presentation by a naturalist at 2:30 p.m.
Capacity: Up to 30 patrons, regardless of age. Located in Oxbow Park nature center “River Room C.”
Amenities: Transport cart, fridge and freezer, sink, counter space, free Wi-Fi, tables and chairs, cleaning supplies, and waste and recycling containers.
Set-up: Oxbow Park will provide four round tables, 30 chairs, and one rectangular table. Set-up time is included in your rental timeframe (1:30 p.m.- 4 p.m.). Please plan accordingly.
Food and beverage: Renters may provide food or use a licensed caterer. Alcohol is not allowed in the rental space or nature center at any time. Rental space must be cleaned and put back to original condition.
Alcohol/Tobacco/Vapes/Cannabis products: NO alcohol, tobacco products/vaping, or cannabis products are allowed in the rental space or nature center at any time.

Business meeting space rental
Rental times: Meeting space will only be rented during Oxbow Park nature center’s hours of operation (8 a.m.-4 p.m.). Half and full day options are available. Meeting space rental times include set up and clean up. Please plan accordingly.

Technology: Large flat screens are available in each meeting space. HDMI hook up and Bluetooth is supported.
