Guiding Partners to Solutions (GPS)

Guiding Partners to Solutions (GPS) is a program provided through Olmsted County Health, Housing, & Human Services in partnership with Family Service Rochester. GPS serves any individual or family in Olmsted County who is struggling to connect with resources or services they may need. They work with individuals or families to reduce barriers and connect them with the appropriate resource or service. GPS is intended to be short-term or up to 60 days.
