I'm Tiffany Canfield, serving as the Manager of Olmsted County Veteran Services. My journey in service began with the Army Reserves, where I proudly served as a Military Police Officer from 2006 to 2014. In 2011-2012, I had the honor of being deployed to Kyrgyzstan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. During a brief period, I also served in Honduras, providing security detail in support of building schools for a local Honduran village.

Starting this role as the Veterans Services Manager in July 2023, I bring with me the experience of working as a probation agent with Olmsted County since 2018. My professional background includes training in social work and alcohol and drug counseling. I've always had a strong passion for assisting veterans, and I'm enthusiastic about continuing to learn about the work and resources available, which I can then share with our community.

I'm truly grateful for your understanding and patience as I settle into this role. There's a lot to learn, and I appreciate your support as a newcomer to the team. Right now, my primary focus is on mastering the fundamentals of filing claims, familiarizing myself with the various community resources, and becoming an integral part of the management team within Olmsted County.
