Dodge & Olmsted (D&O) Joint Powers Board

The Dodge & Olmsted (D&O) Joint Powers Board establishes the rights, obligations, terms, and conditions under which the participating counties of D&O desire to have delivery of correctional services provided by the D&O Community Corrections program.

Joint Powers Board Membership

County Commissioners from Dodge County and Olmsted County sit on the Joint Powers Board, which meets quarterly.

The Board is comprised of:

  • Two Dodge County commissioners
  • Two Olmsted County commissioners
