Legislative Policy
We advance legislative priorities that benefit the county and its residents, support commissioners and staff on policy and governmental relations, and establish and maintain connections with elected officials and other partners.
Management Analysis
We support and consult with our organization to effectively use data, drive strategic decisions, maximize operational efficiency, and assist in problem-solving.
Communications
We drive awareness, foster engagement, and strengthen Olmsted County's brand by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information to employees and the community.
