Dodge & Olmsted (D&O) Community Corrections

The Crisis Response team provides services to Olmsted County only. It is a collaborative effort within Olmsted County’s Health, Housing, and Human Services division, in partnership with the Rochester Police Department and Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office. Crisis Response workers provide services that address public health concerns as it relates to mental health, poverty, and substance use freeing up room for law enforcement to focus on law enforcement matters.

The Olmsted County Drug Court (OCDC) represents a collaborative effort of criminal justice stakeholders working together to break the cycle of substance abuse.

Low-level supervision requires minimal face to face contact with a probation officer. The program is administered with the use of a Telephone Reporting System (TRS). TRS is an automated telephone/web-based monitoring system designed to increase accountability for lower-risk cases.
